Rob's Game Room In Williams Manor

Williams Manor is coming along nicely (and slowly) as we continue to settle in. One of the main rooms not done until recently was the game room as pictured here (German Shepherd Nellie posing in the forefront)

Each wall of the game room is decorated to a theme; this is the “sports that aren’t golf” wall, including my 49ers, baseball and pool art.

In the corner of that wall is the chalkboard for keeping score of pool and dart games and my humidor (with giant stuffed cigars atop).

Inside the humidor are about 100 aged cigars (I stopped buying a few years ago, once I realized I had more than I would smoke in 5 years). My favorites remain Padron Maduros, many of which are shown here along with some Ashton cabinets and Olivias. The non-banded cigars are all Cubans, which we used to have to lie about but don’t now (Thanks, Obama…no really, this time, thanks Obama…). My favorite Cuban are Bolivars, followed closely by Cohiba and MonteCristo. However, I’d still choose a Padron.

On the back side of the pool table is the golf art (including my hole-in-one certificate, suck it) and soft-tip dartboard hung at regulation height.

Wall number three is liquor…lot and lots of liquor.
