I spent our Spring break vaca in the Austin area with my hubby as he continues to fix Texas Zoos. Had a layover in Denver on the way to Austin and I love eating at this place in the Denver Airport they have super good iced tea and their steak salad is yummo!!

And since it’s the Denver airport which means lots of walking to your terminal I made sure to wear super comfy but super cute shoes!!

Time for Breakfast Tacos at Torchy’s Tacos! It’s a total thing in the Austin area, breakfast tacos everywhere. We were getting some breakfast with our friends John and Niki before Gary and I headed on over to Dallas for the night.

Gary and I met Rob and Christina one night in Dallas for dinner, place we went to was pretty cool and had some great food and drinks. Now this sign we saw on the way into Dallas is pretty cool too! Actually we’ve seen it so many times when driving to Dallas just finally got a photo..it’s the RAD Law Firm!!

Next day on our drive from Dallas back to Austin we stopped off at Slovacek’s a bakery, bbq and market hot spot! Once inside you notice the Come and Take It photo, flown in 1835 in Gonzales Texas and Texans have been flying it ever since!! One can shop in the place for days! Gary got a Kolache, a Texas favorite this one is filled with sausage and cheese..
