Fiance Chrsitina and I went to Las Vegas for the weekend and this as close as we got to the massacre scene. We just couldn’t…too soon. We were there to have fun and escape.

Friday night we went to Italian Steakhouse Carnevino for dinner

This is perhaps the most amazing tartare I’ve ever had….wrapped in a giant, thin mushroom

Truly amazing

I have no idea what we’re doing here

Dinner was a gorgeous Bone-in rib-eye for 2 cooked to perfection

Side dish was mashed potatoes with mascarpone and, yes, an egg that gets mixed in to make it even creamier

Christina is a child when it comes to bread. Nuff said
