Placer County Fair Junior Livestock Auction

The Placer County Fair Junior Livestock Auction is this Saturday, at the Show Ring at the Placer County Fairgrounds starting at 10 a.m! You can bid on a steer, hog or maybe you’ll want a lamb! The 4-H and FFA kids work really hard all year long raising these animals for show and to be bid on by you lucky buyers that get to enjoy the amazing meat. The kids love these animals and its not easy for them to part ways with their animal, but they understand that they get to be in a special position of raising the food we all get to eat, hey someone’s got to raise the meat we all love! They are super passionate about it and know the importance of raising these animals right. 

 

The RAD Show has always been a big supporter of these Livestock Auctions,  you can also get involved by heading out this Saturday, hey maybe you and a few friends can go in on an animal together and have the winning bid, it will be some of the best meat you will eat and you’ll wonder why you haven’t done this before!!
